how it works — step by step

fill out the brief
start with the website brief — 12 questions about what you do, who it's for, and what you want it to feel like. it takes 10 minutes. you can save it as a PDF.

gather your materials
before we start building, i need the raw ingredients. think of it like handing me a box with everything that represents you and your work. don't worry about organizing it perfectly — i'll sort through it.

what to gather

  • + photos — of you, your work, your space. phone quality is fine. the more the better.
  • + your words — how you describe what you do. instagram bio, old website text, voice memos. anything.
  • + inspiration — links to sites you like, screenshots, colors, moods.
  • + logo / brand assets — if you have them. if not, we'll figure it out. optional
  • + testimonials — screenshots of messages, reviews, kind words from clients. optional
  • + documents — pricing sheets, menus, catalogs, course outlines. optional
  • + social media links — instagram, facebook, whatever you use.
don't wait until everything is perfect. send what you have now. a messy google drive folder with 200 photos is ideal. we work with what exists.

i build it
i go away and build your site. from scratch. no templates, no themes, no page builders. you'll see a first version within days, not weeks.

i'll share a live preview link. look at it on your phone, your laptop, show it to a friend.

we refine together
we go back and forth until it feels like yours. change colors, swap photos, rewrite text, add sections, remove sections.

this is not a "3 rounds of revisions" situation. we keep going until it's right.

it's live
your site goes live on my server. encrypted, backed up every 4 hours, monitored 24/7. i handle hosting, security, updates, and domain setup. you don't touch a server.

what every project includes

how much does it cost?
landing $1,500. site $3–5k. site + system $6–9k. platform $10–15k. or reduced upfront with the partner model. use the pricing configurator to build an estimate.
how long does it take?
most sites have a first version within days. the timeline usually depends on how quickly you send materials, not on how fast i build.
i don't have good photos yet.
send what you have. phone photos, instagram screenshots, whatever exists. we can upgrade later. don't let "not ready" stop you from starting.
can i update the site myself later?
you send me changes — text, photos, new sections. use the update form or chat. i make the changes, usually same day. you never touch code.
what about hosting / domain / email?
i handle all of it. your site runs on my server — fast, secure, backed up. custom domain setup and email included if needed.
what's the partner model?
reduced upfront (can be as low as $0, typically around $1,500) plus a percentage of bookings, sales, or subscriptions that flow through the site. 12-month minimum. i stay on as your tech partner. works best for businesses with ongoing revenue — shops, bookings, practitioners with recurring clients.
do i need to prepare anything technical?
no. if you can send a whatsapp message, you can work with me. start with the brief if you want to think things through first.
can i see examples?
